Expression of Interest are invited for Diagnostic Study of the Unra Transformation.

The main objective of the diagnosis is to help UNRA management achieve organizational excellence through continuous improvement and making evidence-based decisions. The diagnosis will assess the effectiveness of the transformation actions initiatives taken since July 2015 in achieving the intended objectives; identify success factors and challenges and make recommendations that will help management implement strategies for achieving the organizations overarching goals.
