Expression of Interest are invited for Development of the USAR National Standard and USAR Management Framework in Moldova.

The objective of the assignment is to enhance technical rescue operational capacities, specifically Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) capacities, at national and local levels within the existing disaster management framework in the Republic of Moldova, and in line with the guidelines of the International Search and Rescue Adisory Group (INSARAG).

The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
