INTRODUCTION
The Town of Princeton (BC) is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from developers who may wish to enter into discussions on a shared desire/interest in a housing development of vacant, Town-owned property within its boundaries.
SUBJECT SITE
The subject site is located near 151 Airport Road-Princeton Airport and overlooks the valley. The development is for residential and must include some hangar residential homes with access to the runway.
The subject property is approximately 33 hectares (80.86 acres). Access is off Airport Road.

LAND USE REGULATIONS
A number of municipal land use policies and regulations govern the development.
Official Community Plan: The Official Community Plan (OCP) of the Town of Princeton designates the properties as Airport and Open Land; an OCP land use amendment will be required.
The Town is currently undergoing a major Official Community Plan review and update and is expected to have it completed near the end of this year.
Zoning: The properties are zoned "AP-Airport" which allows for an airpark residential, however, will require a land use amendment.
