Description : United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:
A contractor is sought to develop a fully working e-library to suit the need of Education Colleges and to respond to requests from the stakeholders. The e-library needs to have a responsive web version and a native Android mobile application version. It is recommended to develop the native mobile application using cross-platform development tools so that in future the source code can be easily modified to develop the native application running on other mobile operating system environment.
The purposes of the e-library are to:
improve Education College staff, teacher educators and student teachers' access in an organized way to teaching and learning materials and teacher education references in various media formats; and
allow sharing of teaching and learning resources among Education Colleges.
