The subject of the competition is to develop, in the form of a schematic plan, an urban and architectural concept for the development of an area of 107 ha for recreational and sports purposes - the investment area "Nowe Miasto Południe (recreation and sports complex)" and its connections with the area "Nowe Miasto PołudnieSouth" and the surrounding urban areas. The concept is to meet program, functional and ecological assumptions as well as urban, natural and cultural conditions described

in these regulations.
