Expression of Interest are invited for Development and Deployment of Print and Electronic Media Campaigns to Create Public Awareness, Boost Effective Deployment of the Anti-Piracy Stamps

SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS
Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Director-General, Nigerian Copyright Commission, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase 1, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama, Abuja and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number.
Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be dropped in the designated tender Box at the Director-General, Nigerian Copyright Commission, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase 1, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama, Abuja, not later than 12:00noon Monday, 5th September, 2022.

5. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid in two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately (in a USB Flash Drive) in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid” (the name of the project and lot number). Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed as indicated in 5 above, and clearly marked with the name of the project and the lot number.
Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and should be dropped in the designated tender Box at the Director-General, Nigerian Copyright Commission, Federal Secretariat Complex, Phase 1, Shehu Shagari Way, Maitama, Abuja, not later than 12:00noon Monday, 19th September, 2022.
