General Procurement Notice for Development of Access Tracks to the Perimeters (6 Meters Wide). The Government of the Republic of Chad has received a grant from the African Development Bank / African Development Fund to finance the Integrated Program for Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC BN). This Program has the following main objectives: The overall objective of the Program is to contribute to improving the resilience of the ecosystems of the Niger River and of populations through sustainable management of natural resources. Specifically, the Program aims to (i) preserve the ecosystems of the basin, in particular by reducing the silting up process of the Niger river; and ii) improve the resilience of production systems and populations. PIDACC activities will be carried out in the national portion of the Niger basin in general and in particular in the Provinces of Mayo-Kebbi-Ouest and Mayo-Kebbi-Est, which cover six (6) Departments and twenty (20) Communes.
