Tenders Are Invited For The Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development is inviting the UAE's specialized consulting companies to participate in the practice of providing advisory services in: Developing the strategy of creative and cultural industries in the United Arab Emirates by developing the "United Arab Emirates Cultural and Creative Industries Strategy". Subject to the following conditions: - Registration of companies in the Supplier Register SystemUpdating the tax data in the federal financial system at the Ministry of Finance and submitting the quotation on the electronic procurement system is mandatory for the acceptance of your bids, so that we can take the procurement procedures and contract later with the company that won the tender. - The provisions of Council of Ministers Decision No. (32) of 2014 regarding the Procurement and Warehouse Management Regulations of the Federal Government and its annexes shall be observed.And the approval of all the items and laws of the Ministry - the need to submit technical and financial offers in the form of two separate electronic files and two electronic procurement system. - The value of the VAT should be separated from the value of the project in the offered price offer. - The offer of the offer must be valid for 90 days (90 days) from the date specified for opening the practice. - Initial insurance must be provided), With each bid exceeding AED 1, 000, 000, 000, in the form of an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee letter issued to the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development from one of the banks operating in the country.
