Description : The purpose of this training is to strengthen UN Women Country Representatives' and Regional Office senior management's abilities to perform in public interviews and media in order to improve the positioning of UN Women and gender equality issues according to the highest standards of the organization. In particular, participants should learn, through theoretical, practical and coaching-based exercises, how to:





Make strong impactful messages.

Answer questions effectively in a compelling and informative way.

Better manage camera interviews.

Manage different techniques to answer difficult questions.

Better prepare and respond in different types media encounters and improve rapport with media.

The training should ideally mix practical and theoretical exercises and include 1-2 opportunities at doing mock interviews (with focus on camera interviews) followed by expert feedback and coaching from trainers and peers.
