Description: On January 1, 2022, the new real estate value report (ImmoWertV 2021) of 14 July 2021 (BGBl. I p. 2805) will enter into force. Part of the regulation are also the normal production costs (NHK). NHK are fundamental output data for the determination of the traffic value in the relevant procedure. They are maintained for different types of buildings and for different building standards with national cost characteristics relative to a particular reference unit. Appendix 4 ImmoWertV 2021 continues to contain the NHK 2010 in terms of content, as they previously arise from investments 1 and 2 of the previous Improvement Directive line of 5 September 2012 (BANZ. AT 18.10.2012 B1). The determination of the NHK 2010 was based on data from 2005 or earlier.
