Designation of a team of project authors (selection phase) for the study and monitoring of the execution of construction work of a pedobsychiatry tray

The services concern the construction of a new pedobsychiatry tray on the CRP The Marronniers website. The project area is between Barges Street and the Rue des Patriots shot (see plane in annex). The pedobsychiatry plateau includes: a therapeutic care unit of 10 children's beds (6 to 12 years); a therapeutic care unit of 13 adolescent beds (12 to 18 years old); a pooling area with 2 units; a center of school and therapeutic activities. The total floor surface is estimated at 3000m². The mission also includes the demolition of the pavilions 20, 21 and 22 (see plane in annex).
