Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Warehouse Racking System at Chazware House.

Area Size 1, 265.418m2
Size (Meters): Length = 42.35 Width internal = 29.88 Height on short sides = 5.88 Height on the apex (middle) = 10.00.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders and/or their representatives who choose to attend in person at CHAZ Complex, Situated on Plot No. 2882/B/5/10 Mission Drive, Waterfalls, P.O. Box 34511, Lusaka, Zambia. All bids must be accompanied either by a Bid Security (Bank Guarantee) of 2% (two percent) of the bid sum or a Bid-Securing Declaration (Declaration Form) which will take three (3) years suspension period if the bid-securing declaration is not complied with by the bidder withdrawing its bid.

However a complete set of Tender Documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder upon payment of a fee of K1, 500.00/-(Non-Refundable) or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency at the prevailing exchange rate, in cash or by bank Certified Cheque.
