In The Context Of The Legal Engagement, The Contractor Is Expected To Provide The Contracting Authority With Services For The Design Of Learning Activities (Classroom And Mentoring) And Evaluation And Services For The Development Of Selected Executives To Ensure The Viability Of The Project "Learning Support For The Application Of Administrative Change In Public Administration" . Specialistit Is Expected That The Content Of Thirty (30) Days Of Classroom Training And 180 Hours Of Relevant Guidance And Assessment Will Be Planned For The First Three Levels Of Kirkpatrick. At The Same Time, An Individual Development Plan Of The 20 Selected Public Administration Executives Will Be Developed During The Implementation Of Which Will Be Provided At Least 600 Man-Daysclassroom Instruction, 1000 Hours Of Individual And Group Guidance And 4 Study Visits Abroad (240 Person-Days Of Training).
