Design, delivery, construction of two biomass plants and connected to the existing district heating networks operated by the municipal Toplanas of Priboj and Mali Zvornik comprising of the following main components:

· Biomass storage facility

· Boiler house for biomass boiler and backup boiler

· Biomass storage area for intermediate storage

· Facilities for providing the fuel of the backup LFO boiler

· Traffic areas around buildings for unloading and manipulation of delivered biomass and picking-up of ash containers

· Access roads for delivery of biomass
