Object of the contract
The landscaping project concerns about 24 ha and the construction project of the House of the Big Site about 850 m which will include an administrative space hosting the Salagou Mixed Syndicate, an antenna of the intercommunal tourist office, as well as the guides outdoor sports. See attached description. The part of the financial envelope allocated to the works is fixed at 3 600 000 EUR in total. The mission of the prime contractor is a building-based mission with infrastructure: ESQ, APS, APD, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, OPC and complementary missions GDD, DIME, BDM, BIM, CDNPS (see description attached) ). As an indication, the duration of the market: 37 months (excluding validation time): 7 months for studies, 4 months for consulting companies, 14 months work, 12 months of GPA. Landscaping works are superimposed on building construction work and study missions. The technical controller will be appointed later. Missions for information: L, S, P1, Th, Hand, At Hand, PS, F, PH, BRD, GTB, ENV, HYS, CO, DPE, RIE. CSPS Level II will be designated later. The work to be done belongs to the category of works-building and structure infrastructure under construction new. This consultation is a competition of architecture and engineering and landscape studies on Sketch.
