Object of the contract
An architectural competition is organized for a project management mission carried out in application of articles L. 2125-1 and L. 2172-1 of the ordinance n 2018-1074 of 26.11.2018 and Chap Ii: Title VI book I of the decree n 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018 for the restructuring / extension of the EHPAD Residence Saint-Christophe on the Municipality of Saint-Christophe-du-Ligneron. The project consists of the restru4, 200 m long SDO and construction of 390 m SDO. This contest is organized on the handing-over of an Sketch. The estimated cost of the works is fixed at EUR 4, 800, 000 excluding taxes. The mission is a basic mission complemented by complementary services indicated in the regulation of the consultation.
