Description: The subject of the order is designed, construction, implementation and maintenance of a virtual river information (vortex). The whirlponese project is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Program Digital Operational Program, Measure 2.1 "High availability and quality of public services" in the field of designing, implementation and commissioning of the production system (along with the supply of data, training for Users and possible modifications) and financed from PGW WP funds in the part regarding the maintenance and administration of the system and possible modifications, after its production launch.
