The Government of Jamaica has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development towards the cost of the INTEGRATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (ICDP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover payments under the contract for following:

Lot 1 - Bid No. 8210: DESIGN & BUILD FOR THE ENHANCEMENT TO WATER SUPPLY ACCESS FOR HANNAH TOWN, KINGSTON (#073613). The scope of works include the design and build of pump and piping works for Hannah Town. The pump should facilitate the pumping of water to the third and fourth floor of high-rise building. Design should also include storage tank, water control centre and other appurtenances and fixtures. The Delivery time (design and construction) is Eight (8) months.

NCC Grade &/or Category: Grade 3 or higher in "Mechanical Works" (See http://www.ocg.gov.jm)
