Short description of the procurement : The Haapsalu city is crossed by a transit road (trunk streets Tallinn Road and Station Street), which is part of the sme-Haapsalu-Ground Village road number 9. this route is used by all Hiiumaa transit traffic from Tallinn and light and heavy traffic within the city. for the moment, this section is rreconstructed Tallinn road from maple street to intersection (incl. intersection) of Tallinn mnt - mnt station post - tn - lihula mnt. The purpose of this procurement is to find the designer and the reconstruction of the unbuilt section of Tallinn Road and Station Street. there is a project for the whole transit route, kuIt is outdated and needs to be renovated and redesigned to reconstruct the streets.
