TENDER NOTICE

Design and Printing Approved Imihigo

Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe in collaboration with CARE International Rwanda is implementing the Every Voice Counts (EVC) Project. Funded by the Netherland Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through, Care Netherlands, EVC project is being implemented in 5 districts of Southern Province, namely Kamonyi, Muhanga, Ruhango, Nyanza and Huye districts.

In line with project’s objective of advocacy for improved citizen engagement and social accountability model for enhancing women participation and influence in governance processes to address gender based violence at local and National level, Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe would like to recruit a company or an individual consultant to design and print 90 banners and 2000 brochures.

The consultant/consultancy firm is requested to submit an expression of interest letter, Company profile/experience, samples of previous work done, Company registration with RDB, RRA tax clearance and VAT registration. A financial proposal will also be submitted sealed separately. The application should be addressed to the chairperson of Pro- Femmes/Twese Hamwe. Both the technical and financial proposals will be submitted as hard copies to Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe Offices Gahanga, Kicukiro (Next to Gahanga Sector Office) no later than 17th September 2018 10:00am. Duly submitted bids will be publicly opened at 10:30 am on the same date
