Description: The City of Paris (Directorate of Democracy, Citizens and Territories / Sub-Directorate of City Policy and Citizen Action) has set up a support network for associations and people wishing to create an association. This network is made up of sixteen Houses of Community and Citizen Life (MVAC). These local facilities constitute information hubs for associations located in the borough, by providing first level support in equipment, meeting rooms, communication and advice. The Carrefour des associations parisiennes (CAP) also plays a major role as a resource for Parisian associations and as a support for the Houses of community and civic life (MVAC). It is the benchmark for the quality of training targeted by this contract.
