The Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci participates each year in student fairs organized by the SIEP. The objective is to transmit information on professions and training to a diverse audience, the majority being young students or students (16 to 30 years old). The contract includes: · The creation of a modular stand · The graphic and technical design expected within 5 working days (JO) of the order, the successful bidder on the 3rd OJ to adapt his proposal (free of charge additional). · Printing of possible supports to be updated for each show (new training or name change, etc.) · Storage of stand elements and furniture (insurance, maintenance, storage, inventory) · Transport and assembly of said stand at the exhibition venue (including electricity). · Transport of these elements from their storage location, accompanied by around twenty boxes of brochures. · Arrangement of additional elements of the stand (possible brochure holders, etc.) · Dismantling of the stand; · Return of the delivery from the stand to its storage location. · Insurance covering the reprinting and/or reproduction of defective elements (constituent elements of the stand and ancillary elements).
