Tenders are invited for the design and construction of a pedestrian boardwalk adjacent to maroochy river, bli bli. The boardwalk is to be used for environmental and cultural heritage interpretation.
This design and construct contract will include, but is not limited to:• design documentation for the proposed elevated "boardwalk" as per the feasibility concept design documentation including for construction documentation upon acceptance of the detailed design by sunshine coast council;• lodging and obtaining all required approvals to construct the works, inclusive of any further investigations and reports, required to obtain approval and permissions from relevant statutory agencies, and• construction of initial 180m of approved design.
