Description : United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

To conduct a needs assessment and baseline data collection for the project. This exercise aims at revising the existing Results Framework and M&E plan in order to ensure that the proposed activities match the beneficiaries` needs, are in line with the capacities of local organizations and that a comprehensive and achievable M&E framework is in place. It is expected that the proposals are in line with the requirements and the timeline set out under the RFP.

The purpose of this notice is to provide general information on the requirements for the procurement process and to inform interested suppliers how to obtain a copy of the Solicitation Documents.

Interested companies who wish to participate in the OIC must request for a complete set of Solicitation Documents, available free of charge, from UNESCO contact person at the address shown below.

The sealed tenders must be delivered to the UNESCO Kabul Office - Office of the Director in ICON Compound, Supreme Road, PD 9, Kabul, Afghanistan on or before September 10, 2019 at 04:00 PM, in strict compliance with the instructions as stipulated in the Solicitation Documents.
