Tenders are invited for Delivery of Various Kinds of Jackets.

Document price, DHS. + 5% VAT 3000/-.

1. Abu Dhabi Police GHQ would like to invite the competent and experienced suppliers registered with the Procurement & Warehouses Department, who are interested in participating in the tenders above, to visit Abu Dhabi Police, Procurement & Warehouses Department, Tenders Section between 8:00 am & 12:00 pm to collect the documents against non refundable fees (payment by debit or credit card).

2. The tender should be submitted attached to an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee amounting (5%) of the total tender value, valid from its submission up to (120) days after the tender submission date. The bank guarantee should be issued in Arabic, or in both Arabic and English, by one of the banks operated in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi.

3. Price shall be valid for (120) days from the date of tender submission.

4. The tender shall be kept in an envelope sealed with red wax. The number and subject of the tender shall be written on the envelope. Tenders are to be submitted in the box specified for tenders on the due date at 11:00 am maximum, in the new building of the Procurement & Warehouses Department, next to the Vehicle and Drivers Licensing Department.

5. This announcement is considered an integral part of the tender-s documents.
