Tender Details
The subject of the order is the supply of ureterorenoscopes, surgical meshes and single-use laparoscopic surgical equipment for performing surgical procedures for SPSK-2 in Szczecin. Whenever the term "medical devices" is used in the further part of the SWZ, this term should be understood ashave medical devices described in Annex 2 to the SWZ (unit price form). Quantities and a detailed description of the products are contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ (unit price form). Note: the detailed description for task no. 1 contains information about using the controller to work with ureteroscopes, which is to be included in the offer price (without its additional valuation). The Ordering Party requires the offer of medical devices - within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2022 item 974), hereinafter: "UoWM") placed on the market and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulationsami. The order consists of 4 tasks. The Ordering Party does not allow variant offers.
