1. The subject of the order is a subscription to the xDR class software license for protection against cyberattacks of servers and user stations in the Ordering Party's network, together with support from the software manufacturer for a period of 3 years and service support from the Contractor for a period of 3 years.2. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, will indicate trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or articles), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equated.3. If the description of the subject of the order includes the names of materials and products from specific manufacturers, this should be treated only as an indication of the given standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent materials and products with at least the same properties technical and quality parameters. Product equivalence means offering a product whose technical parameters of the materials used, efficiency, durability and quality are not inferior to the quality of the materials and products described in SWZ.4.
