Description: Sectoral contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 (Journal of Laws item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the PZP Act. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. Information obligation resulting from Article 13 para. 1 and 2 of the GDPR (EU) were met on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab. The contracting authority, pursuant to art. 393 para. 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject an offer in which the share of products from the Member States of the European Union, the countries with which the European Union concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries, towards which, under the Council's decision, the provisions of Directive 2014/25/ EU, does not exceed 50%.
