Description: The subject of the order covers the supply of net active electricity from contractor - a standard balancing group for low voltage and providing full administration of the ESO information flow and taking over the cost of non-bank for sites of Panagyurishte Municipality.

As a coordinator of a balancing group, the Contractor should predict the consumption of the object of the contracting authority and carry out the planning and negotiation of the specific quantities of active net electricity low voltage under the electricity trading rules (PTEE).

Where there is a technical possibility, the Contracting Authority will also join new sites, further listed in the list of commercial measuring instruments, according to the required documents and the cost of KWH agreed by the contractor.
