3.2. The Ordering Party allows partial tenders.

The subject of the order has been divided into 2 parts, hereinafter referred to as "Tasks":

Task No. 1: Accessories for OHS clothing

Task No. 2: Elements of uniforms

The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Tasks. The offer submitted for a given Task must, however, cover the entire scope of work provided for in the ToR for this Task.
