The subject of the order is successive deliveries by the Contractor of specialist dressings, the type, quantity and detailed description of which are included in the price form constituting Appendix 2 to the ToR and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix 4 to this ToR.

OrderThe Company informs that in the procedure in question conducted under an open tender, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the contracting authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then carry out the qualification processidentification of the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
