1. Authorization Letter on Company letterhead, copy of Commercial Registration and valid Identification of the representative.

2. Bank deposit slip carrying tender number and subject details. Tender fee shall be deposited to Account Name - Waseef Asset Management Co., Account Number 0002-105222-200 with Masraf Al Rayan Bank.

Please note the following:

Bidders should submit a bid bond issued by a bank operating in the State of Qatar and valid for 120 days from the closing date.

• Technical and Commercial offers must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the above-mentioned address.
