Introduction: this is the initial step in the planning process for the kirtland air force base (kafb) data entry clerk (dec) service contract.

The 377 msg/pka at kafb seeks sources with the capability and interest to provide the following:

the service of a dec which includes customer and basic office support services for the airman & family readiness center (a&frc) transition assistance program (tap). The tap ensures separating and retiring service members are informed of the services and benefits available to them and their families throughout their transition to civilian life.
