Synopsis: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends toprocure Damage Control Local Operator Panel (DCLOP), on a SoleSource basis from Nag Marine. The proposed contractaction is for supplies or services for which the Government intends tosolicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability byresponding to the requirement. The Government will consider all informationreceived prior to the closing date of this synopsis. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether toconduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not tocompete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solelywithin the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be made inwriting by E-mail to the attention of Karen Morris using the contactinformation provided in this synopsis.
