General Description Of The Quality Control Used By The Company, Specifying The Quality Control Laboratory (S), For All The Analyzes Included In The Technical Bases; I. Physical-Chemical Indicators Of Theproduct According To The Information Required In The Technical Bases (Formulaor Technical Project); J. Indicators Of The Packaging Material, Packaging Process And Sealing Of The Individual Container (Hermeticity And Residual Oxygen); K. Individual Packaging: Type Of Materials, Thickness, Density, Dimensions, In Case Of A New Offeror You Must Attach A Commitment Letter, In Whicheclara Comply With The Request For This Item In The Technical Bases; L. Container Box; Type Of Material, Thickness, Grammage, Resistance Test Included In The Technical Bases Of Each Product. M. Dispenser: Type Of Materials, Color, Shape, Capacity. 4.4. All Certificates Of Analysis, They Must Come With Detailed Information, Such As: Product Name, Production Date, Expiration And Production Lots. 4. The External Laboratory That Carries Out The Analyzes To The Product Offered Must Be Individualized In The Technical Offer, Attaching The Certification That Allows To Know Ifsaid Laboratory Is Accredited To Perform Analyzes By Organizations Recognized By The State, For These Purposes, Isp And Inn. 4.6. Simple Affidavit Giving Account Of The Existence Or Not, Of Sanitary Summaries In Which The Offeror Has Been Sanctioned, Related To The Quality Of Theirproducts And / Or Storage Conditions (Both National And / Or Foreign Processors As Well As Distribution And Importing Companies), In The Last 12 Months Prior To The Deadline For Receiving Offers, And 4.7. In The Case Of New Bidders, They Must Present A Certproduct Stability Study According To What Is Established In The Technical Bases Of Each Product. 1.- Of The Economic Offer. The Price Offered Must Always Correspond To The Unit Of Measure Tenderedby Cenabast And Expressed In Chilean Pesos (Clp) And Net Values, That Is, Without Taxes, In The Field Indicated For These Purposes In The Public Procurement Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl. The Price Must Be Unique For All Establishments In The Same Area, Without Distinction By Date Of Delivery.Consequently, It Can Not Be Subject To Seasonality And Must Include The Cost Of Transporting And Unloading The Product In The Cellar Of The Establishment Or Warehouse Of The Delivery Point.
