INVITATION TO BID
The Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Isabela through the CY 2018 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Four Million Five Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos & 39/100 (PhP 144, 509, 455.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2019 QUICK RESPONSE FUND (BATCH 1) REPLACEMENT OF CLASSROOMS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Education (DepEd) Division of Isabela now invites bids for above-mentioned works. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act.-
Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least seventy-five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
