The main project deliverable will be a CRM Strategy summarizing the research undertaken, recommended plan and estimated costs.Mandatory RequirementsThe Town requires that Bidders meet the following mandatory requirement:1. Have successfully completed one or more Customer Relationship Management Assessment(s) in the past five (5) years for a government client;2. Bidder must not own or have a vested interest in a CRM product or solution3. Bidder must not have a conflict of interestAs part of this Work, the Vendor will deal with the various complex matters and will be required to work directly with Town staff and stakeholders and potentially the public and other agency stakeholders in a professional manner. The Vendor shall provide experienced and skilled staff as well as possess the required expertise for the Work.The Town reserves the right to reject any Bid unless the Bidder demonstrates to be skilled and regularly engaged in the same work as outlined in this RFP.Bidding RestrictionsThe successful Bidder (the "Vendor") will not be eligible to bid on any subsequent procurement process related to the purchase a CRM solution.SubmissionsIn order to be considered, bids must be received no later than the Closing Date & Time via the e-bidding system https://caledon.bidsandtenders.ca.
