Synopsis: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is a component of the Department of the Treasury that designs, engraves, and prints U.S. currency banknotes and other U.S. security products. U.S. currency banknote manufacturing occurs at BEP`s Washington, DC Currency Facility (DCF) and Western Currency Facility (WCF) located in Fort Worth, TX. BEP`s primary customer is the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement to procure currency strap and bundle bands rolls for LEPE and SNI processing equipment that are custom-printed to meet BEP specifications used in the packaging of U.S. currency banknotes at the aforementioned BEP facilities.
