object of the contract : cultural mediation services for the 2020 summer season in le havre place of execution of work, delivery of supplies or provision of services: possibility to submit an offer for: one or more lots lot information: lot n1: cultural mediation services for the 2020 season of "a summer in le havre" the services entrusted to the holder of this lot will be divided into 5 parts- a preparatory component: definition of a mediation strategy for target audiences, elaboration of mediation content and media and recruitment of mediators - a coordination of mediation services: establishment of a schedule, assignment of mediators to the various points of mediation, management and monitoring of these mediators, census and transmission to the contracting authority of the weekly attendance figures and reporting.qualitatif on the derolls mediation services - a post-implementation component: assessment of the season.- a component of mediation services in the public area- a component of specific mediation services in the context of special events (opening of the season or other event organized during the season) lot n2: inclusion by the economic activity for the realization of services of cultural mediation for the season 2020 of "a summer in le havre". The market takes effect as from its notification and ends on november 30, 2020 in the measure or balance sheets have been submitted to the contracting authority.no variants or options are permitted at this consultation. The contracting authority wishes to entrust part of the mediation services to a contractor workings for this reason and in accordance with article l 2113-10 of the public order code, the present contract is broken down into 2 lots: lot 1: cultural mediation services for the 2020 season of "a summer in le havre" lot 2: insertion by the economic activity for the realization of cultural mediation services for the season 2020 of "a summer in le havre". Quantity or extent: the present consultation will give rise to the establishmentthe maximum amounts fixed for each of the two lots are: for the lot 1: 125 000 euros htfor the lot 2: 75 000 euros htthe amount of the market depends on the services actually ordered and executed. No1: lot no1 gives rise to a mixed market with a part at a global price and a fixed price part and executed by purchase orders, according to the provisions of articles r. 2162-1 to r. 2162-6 and r. .2162-13 to r. 2162-14 of the code of thea public commission: - the missions planned in the preparatory phase, in coordination of mediation services and in post execution (detailed in article 3-2 of the ccp) are regulated by application of the fixed prices indicated in an estimate to be submitted by the candidate . This quote is equal to the decomposition of the global and fixed price.- the mediation services in the public space and around specific events of the season are regulated according to the prices indicated in the price schedulethese benefits are realized as and when monthly needs, by issuing purchase orders. The purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the market. The maximum amount of lot no1 fixed a 125 000 euros ht is distributed as follows: - 65 000 euros ht maximum for the fixed part relating to the coordination, the preparation and the implementation of mediation services - 60 000 euros ht maximum for the part has good oforders relating to the mediation services in the public space and around specific events of the season.lot no2: lot no2 gives rise to a market with purchase orders, according to the provisions of articles r. 2162-1 to r. 2162-6 and r.2162-13 to r. 2162-14 of the public order code. Purchase orders can be issued until the last day of validity of the framework agreement.
