Description : Department of Human Services, Clarks Summit State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide Sludge Removal located at 1451 Hillside, Clarks Summit PA 18411.Award will be made based on lowest and responsible and responsive bidder and will be based off of line item price basis.Vendors are required to completely inspect project site prior to submitting the bid and shall contact the point of contact listed in the Statement of Work to schedule this visit.Your electronic submission must include the following.
