description of requirement:

fisheries and oceans canada requires the services of a credit reporting agency to provide complete, accurate and current consumer credit reports on individuals undergoing a security screening process. credit reporting services will respect federal and provincial legal, privacy and security imperatives and be delivered in an efficient and effective manner.

duration of contract

the period of the contract is from date of contract until march 31, 2020, with option to renew for 3 additional 1 year periods at the sole discretion of fisheries and oceans canada (dfo).

enquiries bid solicitation

all enquiries must be submitted in writing to the contracting authority no later than fifteen (15) calendar days before the bid closing date. enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

process and selection methodology

a bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. the responsive bid with the lowest averaged weighted query price will be recommended for award of a contract.
