Description : The City of Portsmouth is seeking bids for stormwater maintenance and construction activities to the Crawford Bay Stormwater Outfalls. The work shall consist of but not limited to maintenance and improvements to four stormwater drainage outfall structures, replacement of four tidal valves, minor dredging and the construction of three sets of twin rock sills outboard of the outfall structures and tide gates, per attached specifications.
