Tenders are invited for Conversion of Sulfuric Units from Single to Double Absorption with Turnkey “LSTK” ​​Heat Recovery.

a) An EPC "Engineering, Procurement and Construction", having at least one (01) Reference as Contract Holder or in Group in the realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of installations with "CONTINUOUS FIRE" of Production of Fertilizer or Cement or Petrochemical or Thermal Energy Production, of an Amount Greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in Currency during the Last Ten Years preceding the deadline for Receipt of Offers.
b) A Solidarity Group of Companies having at least one Reference as Contract Holder in the realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of installations with "CONTINUOUS FIRE" for the production of fertilizers or cement or petrochemicals or of thermal energy production, of an amount greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in currency during the last ten years preceding the deadline for receipt of tenders.
c) A Solidarity Grouping of Companies whose Lead Partner must have at least one Reference in the Realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of "CONTINUOUS FIRE" installations for the Production of Fertilizers or Cements or Petrochemicals or for the Production of Thermal Energy, of an Amount Greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in Currency during the Last Ten Years preceding the deadline for Receipt of Offers.
The Bidder must have an Average Yearly Turnover during the last five years preceding the Bid Receiving Deadline greater than or equal to 15 million Tunisian Dinars or equivalent in foreign currency (The Exchange Rate is the annual average price quoted by the Central Bank of Tunisia of the year).
