Tenders are invited for Conversion of Sulfuric Units from Single to Double Absorption with Heat Recovery (HRS) Turnkey "LSTK".

The Tunisian Chemical Group "GCT" launches a Call for Tenders for the Conversion of Sulfuric Units from Single to Double Absorption with Heat Recovery (HRS), the Supply, Assembly and Commissioning of the GTA MP Package, l `Layout of the Utilities of the Electricity Network and of the DCS of the Skhira plant of the Tunisian Chemical Group according to the “LSTK” ​​Turnkey Formula.
This Project is jointly financed by the Tunisian Chemical Group "GCT", the European Investment Bank "BEI" and the French Development Agency "AFD".

Eligibility of Bidders:

a) An "Engineering, Procurement and Construction" EPC, having at least one (01) Reference as the Contract Holder or as a Group in the realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of the "CONTINUOUS FIRE" installations Fertilizer or Cement or Petrochemicals or Thermal Energy Production, in an amount greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in Currency during the Last Ten Years preceding the deadline for Receipt of Bids.
b) A Solidarity Group of Companies having at least one Reference as Contract Holder in the realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of "CONTINUOUS FIRE" installations for the production of fertilizers or cement or petrochemicals or of thermal energy production, in an amount greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in currency during the last ten years preceding the deadline for receipt of offers.
c) A Solidarity Business Group whose Lead Partner must have at least one Reference in the Realization (engineering, supply, assembly and construction) of "CONTINUOUS FIRE" installations for the Production of Fertilizers or Cement or Petrochemicals or of Thermal Energy Production, in an amount greater than or equal to 20 MTD or equivalent in Currency during the Last Ten Years preceding the deadline for Receipt of Offers.
The bidder must have an average annual turnover during the last five years preceding the deadline for receipt of bids greater than or equal to 15 million Tunisian dinars or equivalent in currencies (the exchange rate is that of the average annual rate published by Central Bank of Tunisia of the year). In the case of a Grouping, the Average Annual Turnover of Members will be added.


The Bidder must undertake, among other things, to carry out the following Works and Services by itself, if it meets the requirements below, or in a Solidarity Group (of which it is the leader) or as a Subcontractor by a Company fulfilling these requirements:
