Expression of Interest are invited for Control and Supervision of The Construction Works of Two Solar Power Plants.

These services include the control and supervision of the construction works of two solar PV plants with their storage systems in MALI for a period of 12 months.

Expressions of interest must be submit no later than February 28, 2020.

The Malian Agency for the Development of Domestic Energy and Rural Electrification (AMADER) invites eligible Consultants to submit their candidacy in order to provide the services defined above. Interested consultants must produce information on their capacity and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).

Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered a minimum requirement for the assignment:

General experience in Studies and control of construction works of photovoltaic solar power plants;
General experience in Studies and control of construction work for HTA / LV distribution networks;
Specific experience in controlling construction works of photovoltaic solar power plants of 1 MWp minimum;
Permanent staff of the firm.
Consultants can apply in the form of an association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, i.e. a group of consultants, an intermediate form of association or intention to subcontract.

The consultation is open to design offices of IDB member countries (QCBS / MC).

The selection will be made in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants in the context of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank (2019 edition), available on the Bank`s website at www. isdb.org.
