The Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI), through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested bidders to bid for hereunder project:

Bidding Activities:

1. Issuance of Bid Documents Sept. 19 - Oct. 09, 2019 (9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday)

2. Pre-bid Conference: September 27, 2019 (1:30 PM)

3. Opening of Bids: October 10, 2019 (1:30 PM)

The bidding documents can be obtained from the BAC Secretariat after payment of non-refundable amount of five thousand pesos (a‚+/-5, 000.00) at the PNRI Cash Section, FAD.

It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute, provided that Bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.

The eligibility Check/Screening as well the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria.

All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184.

The PNRI through the Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject documents which do not comply with the requirements, waive any formalities of documents or consider any submission of documents as substantial compliance, reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, annul the bidding process, or not award the contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s), accept bids as may be deemed advantageous thereto. Further, the PNRI assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidder(s) for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.
