Description : 1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Colombia (UNODC COCOL), requests the manifestation of interest on the part of qualified providers for the provision of occupational medical services for UNODC and other agencies of the United Nations System in the Republic of Colombia. 2. The intention of UNODC COCOL is to designate a contractor after a call for bids, the subsequent evaluation and the company exitdare and establish a contract for an initial period of 12 months with the option at the discretion of the UN, to extend the term for 2 additional periods of 12 months each (1 1 1). 3. The scope of the requirement may include the following services: (a) Occupational Medical Income Examination. It must contain: i. Laboratory tests: • Complete blood count (ESR) • Glicemia • Ureic nitrogen • Creatinine • Total cholesterol • LIDL • LDL • Triglicridos • Uricemia and / or Uric Acid • Partial Urine ii. Radiology • Thorax RX and AP and Lateral iii. Medical examination • Income occupational medical examination. (b) Occupational Medical Income Exam for Drivers. It must contain: i. Laboratory tests: • Complete blood count (ESR) • Glicemia • Ureic nitrogen • Creatinine • Total cholesterol • LIDL • LDL • Triglycerides • Uricemia and / or Uric Acid • Urine Partial ii.
