Coillte wishes to establish a contract for 3 years with one or more suppliers for the supply and delivery on demand of diesel oil to the coillte group (medite smartply) and coillte forest. Supply and delivery should be in accordance with the attached specifications, conditions of purchase, form of tender and this invitation to tender. Coillte is using the open procedure to establish this contract, which entitles any interested party to submit a tender. The required quantity will be approximately 700, 000 litres in total (595, 000 litres for coillte panel products, 105, 000 litres for coillte enterprise and potentially other locations nationwide, with a requirement for low volume deliveries) over the mentioned contract period.
