Contract for the realization of a hall across tennis courts 4 and 5 from sports center Den Boer in Zomergem

TMVW and the municipality of Lievegem (formerly Zomergem) wish, in consultation with the tennis club TC Zomergem, to provide a hall over tennis courts 4 and 5 in the Den Boer sports center. This hall should allow the use of these tennis courts, redesigned in artificial clay in 2015, also in the winter. WithHowever, in order to avoid annual construction and demolition costs and taking into account energy consumption, a fixed hall should be provided that will remain in place during the summer. This contract includes the construction works for the hall including the associated LED lighting and technologythe electrical installation and optional ventilation, sliding walls and camera security. The emphasis here is placed on the functionality of the construction and less on the means or construction method with which the construction is erected.
