Reception and storage of found animals and storage animals from the urban area of Muenster.

Main Site: Entire urban area Muenster

The The city of Muenster expects the contracting party to accept and keep found animals and storage animals (smallDomestic animals and pets, including quarantine animals) from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2023.

The number of annual total number of animals to be housed and kept is not subject to any fluctuations. However, the following average values from a four-year period can be used for the following species of animals:

dogs: about 240 per year,

cats: about 400 per year,

birds: about 105 per year,

- other small animals: about 110 per year.

Documents to be submitted:

1) Permission for the keeping of animals in accordance with - 11 para. 1 no. 3 TierSchG (with the offer by third clarification to submit): Permission for the Keeping animals in the shelter or a similar facility in which the Muensteraner finds and storage animals are housed as a result of the offerllen, gem. - 11 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 TierSchG;

2) Police report (to be submitted with the offer by means of third party clarification): Submission of a police certificate of the person responsible for managing the animal accommodation facility:

- Professional indemnity insurance (to be submitted with the offer by self-declaration): Existence of a liability insurance (Betriebshaftpflight and / or professional liability). ("Self-declaration of suitability" is included).

Bidders whose tenders / request to participate is shortlisted must, at the request of the awarding authority, submit the self-certification by means of a current third-party declaration (proof of insurance including indication of insured risks and coverage) within the specified period Assert request. - - To file a final conviction / misdemeanor (with the offer by means of self-declaration): Verification: There are no demonstrable legal convictions or no fine was imposed due to misdemeanors.
